AGENCY OWNERS
How do I get access to the contractor directory? +
You need to apply for agency access via our Agency Application page. Once approved (typically 3–5 business days), you'll gain access to browse and contact vetted contractors across all disciplines.
What does the vetting process look like for contractors? +
Every contractor is reviewed by a panel of active agency owners — not software. We assess their portfolio, agency experience, white label delivery approach, and communication standards. You can read the full criteria on our Vetting Standards page.
Are contractors available for ongoing retainer work or one-off projects? +
Both. Each contractor profile indicates their availability preference — some are looking for long-term retainer relationships, others prefer project-based engagements. You'll be able to filter and find what suits your needs.
Does Labelr manage the contractor relationship after I'm connected? +
No — and that's intentional. Once you're connected, the relationship is entirely between you and the contractor. Labelr steps back. All contracts, scope, payments, and project management are handled directly between the two parties.
What if a contractor doesn't perform to standard? +
We take quality seriously. If you have a poor experience with a contractor found through Labelr, we want to know about it. Persistent performance issues can result in removal from the platform. You can report concerns to us at hello@agencylabelr.com.
Can I use multiple contractors across different disciplines? +
Absolutely. That's one of the main reasons agencies join Labelr — to build a reliable bench of white label talent across every discipline they offer. You're free to connect with as many contractors as you need.
Will contractors know who my clients are? +
That's entirely up to you and governed by whatever confidentiality arrangements you put in place directly. All Labelr contractors understand and accept the nature of white label delivery — working under your brand, not theirs. We recommend using a simple NDA or confidentiality clause in your working agreements.
How do I apply for agency access? +
Head to our Agency Application page and complete the form. We'll review your application and be in touch within 3–5 business days. We do a brief intro call with most agency applicants before granting access.

How do I apply to join as a contractor? +
Submit your application via our Contractor Application page. The form covers your experience, discipline, portfolio, and white label approach. Applications are reviewed within 5–7 business days.
Does Labelr take a commission from my earnings? +
Never. Zero commission on everything you earn. Labelr operates on a low flat platform subscription — what you charge agencies goes directly to you, every time. No percentages, no per-project cuts.
What does the vetting process involve? +
Your application is reviewed by active agency owners who assess your portfolio, agency experience, communication style, and white label approach. Shortlisted applicants may be invited for a 20-minute call. You'll receive a decision within 5–7 business days. See our full Vetting Standards page for detail.
What if my application is rejected? +
We provide honest feedback on unsuccessful applications. You're welcome to reapply after 90 days if you've addressed the gaps identified. Many of our current members were rejected first time and came back stronger.
Can I set my own rates? +
Yes — completely. You set your hourly or project rates on your profile. Agencies see your rates and negotiate directly with you. Labelr has no involvement in pricing discussions.
Do I need to be available full-time? +
No. Contractors choose their own availability — full-time, part-time, or project-based. You set your availability on your profile and update it as it changes. Many Labelr contractors already have their own clients and use the platform to fill capacity.
What disciplines can I apply under? +
We accept applications across Web Development, SEO, AEO/AI Search, Social Media, Media Buying, Graphic Design, UI/UX, Copywriting, Email Marketing, CRO & Analytics, and Video Production. You can list a primary discipline and additional skills. See the full Disciplines page for detail.
Does Labelr help me find work directly? +
Labelr lists your profile in the directory for approved agency owners to browse. We don't actively place you into projects — but approved agency members are actively looking for talent, so being in the directory puts you in front of the right people without you chasing leads.
Platform & Pricing

PRICING QUESTIONS
How much does the platform subscription cost? +
We keep subscription pricing intentionally low — our model is to cover platform costs, not take a cut of your revenue. Current pricing is communicated during the application process. There is no commission on any work arranged through the platform.
Is there a free trial? +
We don't currently offer a free trial — the application process itself serves as the qualifier. Once approved, you'll have full platform access. If you're not satisfied in the first 30 days, get in touch and we'll work something out.
Can I cancel my subscription? +
Yes — you can cancel at any time by emailing hello@agencylabelr.com. Subscriptions are billed monthly and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Does Labelr handle payments between agencies and contractors? +
No. All payments are handled directly between the agency and the contractor. This is what allows us to take zero commission — the financial relationship is entirely yours. Use whatever payment method works best for both parties.
What countries does Labelr operate in? +
Labelr is open to agencies and contractors globally, with an initial focus on Australia, the UK, the US, Canada, and New Zealand. Timezone compatibility is displayed on contractor profiles to help agencies find people who can work within their business hours.
