THE PROBLEM
WE KEPT HITTING
Running a digital agency means constantly juggling delivery capacity. Some months you're turning work away. Others, you're scrambling to find a reliable contractor who actually understands how agencies operate — not just how to do the work, but how to do it under your brand, to your standards, for your clients.
We tried the big freelance platforms. We got burned by inconsistent quality, contractors who disappeared mid-project, and platform fees that made every job more expensive. Worse — the platforms themselves were incentivised to keep us dependent on them, not to help us build lasting relationships.
That insight became Labelr. A network where the vetting is done by the people who actually know what good looks like — other agency owners — and where the platform gets out of the way once the connection is made.
We're not trying to be the biggest platform. We're trying to be the most trusted one.

Our mission is simple: connect agencies with contractors they can actually trust — and make sure the economics work for both sides.
That means keeping our fees honest, keeping our standards high, and keeping ourselves out of the middle once a connection is made.
We believe good contractors deserve to be paid what they're worth without a platform skimming the top. And we believe agency owners deserve access to talent that's been tested against the same standards they hold themselves to.
We say what we mean. Our pricing, our process, and our standards are all published openly.
We'd rather have 200 exceptional contractors than 2,000 mediocre ones.
The people doing the work deserve to keep what they earn. Zero commission, always.
